How difficult is it to change a CV Half Shaft on a Ford Explorer?

2003 Ford Explorer, i need to replace the CV half shaft and i have general knowledge of car repair, mind you im no mechanic, but i do a lot of my own fixes. i just want to know if anyone has done this and maybe someone could let me know whether or not im getting in over my head on this one.How difficult is it to change a CV Half Shaft on a Ford Explorer?no it has independent front suspension, it is really not that bad, separating the ball joints is probably going to be the hardest part. If you have some experience, you could get it done easily in one saturday.
