How long before Ford Motors is in court?

Suing the federal government for unfair business practice as the federal government now has the majority of shares in GM and has the power to enact new laws to make it tougher for Ford to be competitive. How long before Ford Motors is in court?Based on the first part of your statement I was going to say it won't happen, but you do have a good point. What happens if GM exceeds Ford in the market - will Ford cry foul?

I don't think it will happen because Ford has been proactive the past few years. Their CEO stashed away some funds for potential hard times which came to fruition at a more horrible level than most anyone imagined. Also they have been successful at marketing smaller fuel efficient cars like the Focus. They are where GM can only hope to be in two years and will keep progressing now that the writing is on the wall.

But an excellent question - time will tell. How long before Ford Motors is in court?
great. how productive of them all .How long before Ford Motors is in court? And why would Obama care? He's already disregarded established bankruptcy law and the Constitution to get his hooks into GM. The rule of law means nothing to this man.How long before Ford Motors is in court?
Eh, I think the better question is "How long until more General/Governmental/Garbage Motors cars will be sold, due to lack of freedom of choice?"

My vision is that, sooner or later, we'll all only be allowed to buy GM cars. Why? Because the government will have made it almost impossible to own another brand of car; taxing the car company to oblivion. Or... they'll drive out every car company with their unfair business practices.

Welcome to the Fascist States of America.

(I'm Anarchist. Ya don't like that I think for myself, well, then you can go **** off.)How long before Ford Motors is in court?JUST AS SOON AS OBAMA GETS DONE WITH GM AND CHRYSLER. ONE-TWENTY ZERO-NINE THE BEGGING OF AN ERROR.How long before Ford Motors is in court?
A long while they aren't hurting as bad they were kind of prepared for this.
