I recently submitted a portfolio to Elite Model Agency Chicago and Ford Models via their web sites. How long will it be for them to let me know whether or not they want me?How long will it take for Elite Modeling Agency and Ford Models to respond?approx two weeks is normal. dont get your hopes too high though; those are the two most prestigious (and brutally picky) agencies in the world. they only have one or two spots open for thousands of applicants. im not sure you actually sent photos to the agency themselves though- most legit agencies dont accept online amateur digital photos- you probably entered ford and elite 'contests'. if you were able to submit online, so is everyone else, so thousands and thousands of applicants will be going after one spot, so you have to stand out amongst a literal sea of people. you also must be at least 5'9 and have the right measurememnts and be a size 2 or 4 (plus size is 8-12 but you have to have specific measurements as well). you also have to live in or very close to a city in which elite and ford have offices.How long will it take for Elite Modeling Agency and Ford Models to respond?
If they are interested, they will usually contact you within 4 weeks, sometimes sooner. They don't usually bother contacting you if they are not interested



But they can wait 6 months or more depending on your look.
