Can anyone tell me how difficult it would be to change a Ford F150 over to a regular carb from an EFI system?

I have a 1986 Ford F150 that I have had nothing but problems with the electronic fuel injection system on and I would like to know what kind of difficulty I would have changing it over to a regular carborator system. I already know that I would have to change the intake manifold and get a carborator but what other wonderful types of things do I have to look forward to?Can anyone tell me how difficult it would be to change a Ford F150 over to a regular carb from an EFI system? It would be way easier to fix the EFI than switch to a carb%26gt;Can anyone tell me how difficult it would be to change a Ford F150 over to a regular carb from an EFI system?WHy would u want a carburetor that will make it tough to pass emissions and will use more gas. Also start up in the mornings are more difficult with a carb. If I were u I'd buy a TBI used from a junkyard. If u still wanna switch, just find a car from a 1985 model, take the TBI out, put the carb in, that's it. Leave all the electronic and all that disconnected plug any extra vacuum lines. If it won't fit, buy an adapter plate from a parts store, the carb may sit higher but it will be ok.Can anyone tell me how difficult it would be to change a Ford F150 over to a regular carb from an EFI system?why on earth would you want to do that fix efi much cheaper and smarterCan anyone tell me how difficult it would be to change a Ford F150 over to a regular carb from an EFI system?
To accomplish this feat of daring do, you may have to change the distributor, the egr valve and associated plumbing, o2 sensor, crank position sensor, maybe the camshaft and most definitely the computer. On a truck this old, it just isn't worth it unless you absolutely love the truck and intend it to be a family heirloom for generations to come.
