It's from Tess Gerritsen's 'The Surgeon' and I identify with it, so much. I guess a lot of people do. Do you?
"She sat down at her desk, booted up her computer, and watched as the screen flickered on. It was her lifeline, her therapist, this bundle of electronics and wires and plastic, the only safe place into which she could pour her pain."What do you think about this quote?
Mm yeah. There's only one person in real life who I could trust enough to talk about my problems and when they're not there the computer is the next best option if that makes sense lol
a little too emo for me, but I can see why some would like it.
It's the "the only safe place into which she could pour her pain." that is annoying.
edit: I'm sorry? Is this not a democracy? Are we not allowed to have opinions? I guess I should agree with whatever you say and not think for myself. She's a fictional character, I could care less, personally. What do you think about this quote?
I dont identify with it, but its quite good. Lots of visuals and hidden meanings.

Not great, but not crap. What do you think about this quote?
