Please recommend some authors based on ones I read?

I didn't know this section was on YA. Anyway, my top 4 authors are John Saul, John Grisham, Tess Gerritsen, and Stephen White in that order. I love psychological and medical thrillers. And I love long books, no less than 250 pages. What other authors are similar to the ones I read? Please recommend some authors based on ones I read?
You might enjoy James Patterson (not sure if it has two Ts), Michael Connelly, Wayne Sharrocks, Val McDermid, Alex Kava, Robin Cook, and Michael Palmer. Some of those are specifically psychological/medical and some aren't (Cook and Palmer are medical for sure). I can't remember page counts though, but I would remember if there were any monstrous 1,000-page tomes.
