Who is the author of the book gravity?!?

There is a book called gravity (not the one by Leanna Lieberman or Tess Gerritsen) that is about bulimia if i remember correctly and maybe also self mutilation. It isn't very big and it is paperback. The cover, i think, has a scale with dripping blood. Please help!
